Quest On Ward Serviced Apartments - Hamilton

Meals were a breeze to make in my fully equipped kitchen, and the apartment was stylishly decorated. The location was great for day trips, and there were plenty of options nearby for eating out.

Just loved the slow elevator and the delightful smell coming from the floor drains - really added a special touch to my stay!

Location and value. Security, car parking.

Room 114 was noisy due to a large exterior pipe vibrating and huming through the living room area. Advised the Manager on duty who gave us a room change. The new room 119 seemed to be a downgrade, a disabled room with disabled shower and toilet facilities. This was disapointing, however we stayed the night in this room not quite sure about the reason. Due to this would not stay in Quest Hotels again.

I used Quest for an overnight business trip to Hamilton. It was possibly the best accomodation I have used in Hamilton and plan to use it again when I need to repeat business there. It is very well presented and serviced - and had plenty of space. It would also be very comfortable and attractive for a leisure break in the city.Thank you!

Would have loved some little snacks or wine on arrival. I came in late and had to head straight out to find refreshments.

Convenient location in the heart of the city with shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious unit with great facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Ideal for extended stays with functional kitchen and clean, modern furnishings. Highly recommended.

Spacious and well equipped

Better information would be appreciated about car parking. Ie we had a new car and would have preferred secure car parking off the street.

Parking - while being secure involved walking round outside of the building to bring in our luggage. Mirror only in the bathroom - most travellers would like a full size mirror perhaps in the bedroom - when bathroom occupied ladies for example cannot access mirror for make up, hair drying etc.

The rooms were spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. The location was central, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The value for money was excellent, and the housekeeping service was impeccable.

Our only issue was with parking. It would have been helpful if the hotel would have contacted us to ask if we needed parking and give us the opportunity to book it beforehand.

The location was excellent really handy to the shopping malls walking distance to the casino wonderful eateries everywhere. Wonderful parking at the back of the facility. Friendly welcome by staff member at reception on arrival. The facility is spotless very impressed.

Very handy to the hotel where the confernce was but with no direct contact - a bit of an escape.

Great central location, clean and quiet, convenient, upgraded room, close to Central Plaza mall, easy walking distance to bus terminal.

No negatives from this place.

A bit noisy on a Friday and Saturday night but not unexpected in view of location and would be a bit naive to expect otherwise.

We loved staying in this hotel in the heart of the city centre. The location was really convenient as we could walk to a lot of great eating bars and cafes. It was just across the road inside the Centerplace shopping mall with everything we needed. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a spacious room and excellent water pressure in the shower. the staff were super friendly, cute us with clear instructions prior to our arrival.

Fairly basic for a Quest property, difficult to find. View from room of retail service yard. $10 to park in the retail service yard.

Very impressed with the facilities provides, particularly washing machine and dryer in the room. It was great half way through a holiday to be able to catch up on laundry. Washing powder was also provided which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very comfortable, and the city centre location was great for finding a restaurant/bar in the evening.
